Charlotte restaurant and event space located in the picturesque harborside suburb of McMahons Point. We are currently building our Back of House team and are seeking motivated, reliable hospitality professionals who want to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

We are looking to fill multiple positions for both full time and casual positions.

Available Positions

We are accepting expressions of interest for the following roles:
Chef de Partie (Full-time / Casual)
Commis Chef (Full-time / Casual)
Kitchen Hand / Pot Wash (All levels / Casual)

Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Excellence: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to an exacting standard, ensuring beautiful and consistent presentation.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider kitchen team to maintain service flow and contribute to menu improvements.
Operational Standards: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
Inventory:



Assist with stock management and supply ordering to ensure efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent commercial kitchen experience (for Chef roles).
Solid work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and pride in maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
