We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our busy Bayswater team and be the key link between our customers and Service Technicians.
If you’re organised, great with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing
Be the first point of contact for customer service requests and enquiries
Coordinate and schedule technicians and service jobs
Manage work orders, job details and customer records
Keep customers updated on job progress and ETAs
Liaise with technicians, customers and management to keep jobs moving
Manage changing priorities, urgent requests and scheduling challenges
Assist with service administration, job costing and invoicing
Help deliver a high level of customer service across our workshop operations
What we’re looking for
Experience in customer service, coordination or administration
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy workplace
Confident using computers and business systems
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
Experience in the trades, heavy equipment or service industry is highly regarded, but not essential
