We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and enthusiastic Salon All-Rounder to join our team at Polish'd Nails & Beauty.

For us, this position is all about finding the right person.

You don't need to walk through our doors knowing how to do everything. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, a positive attitude and, most importantly, a genuine willingness to learn.

Full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are exactly the same.

You will be trained in areas including:
Nails
Pedicures
Japanese Head Spa treatments
Japanese Foot Spa treatments
Preparing treatment areas and workstations
Cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising equipment
Maintaining salon cleanliness throughout the day
Welcoming and assisting clients
Helping with the general day-to-day running of the salon

Hygiene

Cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important at Polish'd Nails & Beauty.

We take a lot of pride in keeping our salon clean, organised and welcoming for client who walks through the door.

We need someone who isn't afraid to get in and help. Cleaning, sterilising, resetti treatment areas and keeping things organised are all an important part of being a All-Rounder.

We will teach you!

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn.

As you become confident in your role, there will be opportunities to undertake further training and learn additional salon services, including areas such as waxing and other beauty treatments.

For someone who is motivated, there is plenty of prospect to continue developing their skills and grow within the salon.

You could be perfect for us if you:
Are reliable and turn up when you're expected
Have a strong work ethic
Are willing to learn and take direction
Have a friendly and positive attitude
Take pride in keeping things clean and organised
Are comfortable talking with clients
Work well as part of a team
Are happy to help wherever you're needed
Have an interest in beauty and would love to learn current skills
Want to grow with a salon rather than just find another job

Experience isn't what we're focused on - attitude and work ethic are.

If you're someone who is willing to work hard, learn recent skills and become part of the Polish'd Nails & Beauty team, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $26.44 – $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
