We are looking for a passionate, skilled Casual Chef/Cook to join the team at Bondi's Brown Sugar!

Brown Sugar is a local neighbourhood Bistro of 31 years - ranking in the top 3 Restaurants in Bondi Beach on TripAdvisor. Brown Sugar is a 65-seater restaurant run by a small team of passionate industry specialists committed to delivering the most memorable fine dining experience.

To be successful in your application, you will have:
Be confident on pans and grill
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Ability to work across all sections
Positive attitude
Quick and efficient worker
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Passion for creating quality and consistency in every plate put out
The want to grow and develop career within the company
