Noble falls tavern is located in the Perth hills and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and help us with our continued and help us with growth and high culinary standards.

Key Responsiblity:
Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality requirements.
Contributing to menu planning, recipe development and improvements to existing dishes.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and portion consistency.
Selecting, preparing ingredients while ensuring appropriate storage and stock rotation.
Following and maintaining food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety standards.
Coordinating kitchen operations and workflow during busy service periods to ensure food is prepared and served efficiently.
Monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering supplies and reducing unnecessary food wastage.
Assisting with food and kitchen cost control and ensuring resources are used efficiently.
Providing guidance, training and support to junior kitchen staff.
Showing them the cooking procedure.




Working ellectively with management and front-of-house staff to maintain a high level of customer service
