Key Responsibilities
Prepare and stock the display with a selection of fresh sandwiches, wraps, and focaccias
Prep mixes and ingredients to recipe and quality standards
Maintain an accurate stock list and ensure ingredients are rotated and fresh
Uphold consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standards
Assist with general kitchen prep and support chefs as needed
Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised kitchen
Follow waste disposal and cleaning routines to maintain a protected setting

About You




Experience and speed are essential – at least 2 years in a café, deli, or quick-paced kitchen environment
Confident in preparing mixes and assembling a range of sandwiches to a high standard
Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player
Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
Physically capable of handling prep and cleaning work

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
