We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join a busy salad production facility located in Morningside. This is an ongoing role suited to someone who can operate a high‑reach forklift confidently, work independently, and provide leadership support when required.
What You’ll Get
Location: Morningside, Brisbane QLD
Pay Rate: Dayshift $34.96 per hour , Afternoon Shift $40.21 per hour and night shift $45.45 per hour (casual rates)
Roster: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Day, Afternoon and Night available
Start Date: Immediate start available
What We’re Looking For
Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
Minimum 2 years’ high‑reach forklift experience
Ability to lead a small team and also work autonomously
Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety
Comfortable working in a cold‑room food manufacturing workplace
Full Australian working rights
Experience in food production, FMCG, or cold‑storage environments is highly regarded.
A Typical Night on the Job
Operating high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Loading, unloading, and organising stock accurately
Supporting production teams and coordinating workflow when required
Maintaining a clean and protected work area and following all site safety procedures
