About the Role

As River Road Tavern team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable setting for patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Gaming Attendants
Provide friendly and professional service to gaming patrons.
Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations.
Process payouts and assist customers with gaming enquiries.
Maintain a clean, protected, and well-presented gaming environment.

Bar Attendants
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy bar setting.
Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas.
Take food and beverage orders.
Deliver meals and beverages to guests.
Assist with table clearing and dining room presentation.




Provide friendly and efficient service throughout the guest experience.

What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality experience is essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.

Essential Requirements
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG/RSG) Certificate.
Previous experience working in Gaming or Bar Services
Availability across a rotating roster.
