Our client is an established commercial pool company servicing aquatic facilities across Melbourne. They're growing steadily and looking for an experienced Pool Technician to join their team on a permanent basis, starting immediately. This role offers $35 to $40 per hour plus superannuation, and suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and the variety that comes with servicing different commercial pool systems across the city.
Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial swimming pools and aquatic facilities

Work across diverse commercial sites, gaining exposure to different pool systems and equipment

Preferred Requirements
Previous experience as a Pool Technician or Pool Service Technician in a commercial setting
Strong understanding of pool filtration, pumps, water treatment systems, and chemical maintenance
Solid mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose faults




Comfortable working outdoors across different commercial sites, with a current driver's license
Good communication skills, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Preferred Qualifications
Pool industry experience is a must - a minimum of at least 2 years.
Plumbing or mechanical trade experience or qualifications
Demonstrated experience maintaining chlorination systems and filtration equipment in commercial environments
