Company Background
Our client is an established not-for-profit organisation with multi sites. With further growth planned, the organisation offers a stable, community-focused workplace and a welcoming, close-knit back-office team.
They are seeking an immediately available Accounts Receivable Officer for a 3 month assignment to provide additional support while several team members take extended annual leave. There may be an prospect to transition to a permanent role for a candidate with unrestricted ongoing working rights.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a finance team of seven to eight, you will provide reliable, hands-on support across day-to-day accounts activities. Your duties will include:
Preparing and sending monthly fee statements
Processing recharges
Managing receipting and allocations
Processing invoices for support-at-home programs and setting up new suppliers
Assisting with bank reconciliations as required
Your Background
To be considered for this Accounts Receivable Officer position, you will be immediately available and meet the following criteria:
At least four years’ experience in an all-round Accounts Clerk, Receivable or Finance Officer role
A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to work steadily through a high volume of tasks
Robust attention to detail and confidence working across accounts receivable and accounts payable
Epicor experience is advantageous
Availability to work five days per week in the Inner west office
