We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our rapid-paced sales and customer service workplace. To be successful, you will need to possess some previous administrative background.
What we are looking for:
2 years administrative experience
Enjoys building customer relationship
Experience or exposure managing a high-volume outlook inbox
Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service
About the role
As the Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
High Volume of emails and phone calls
Provide support to Account Managers and Warehouse team members
Deliver support for our walk in trade customers
Assist with general sales administration, including invoicing and order processing.
