We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support our growing operations. These roles play a key part in keeping our service teams organised, systems accurate, and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

This is a varied, rapid‑paced position suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving, and providing reliable administrative support in a busy office workplace. You will act as a central point of contact for internal teams, supporting scheduling, data management, and general administration.

What you’ll be doing
Coordinating bookings and responding to customer and internal enquiries
Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules as needed
Supporting reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Communicating effectively with technicians and internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for




Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or operations support is preferred, but not essential
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
