Section Waiter / Waitstaff | IMMEDIATE START

We’re looking for an experienced Section Waiter / Waitstaff to join the team at our French bistro in Newtown.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a busy floor, genuinely enjoys looking after guests and wants to be part of a outstanding neighbourhood venue within a growing hospitality group.

What you’ll do
Run your section confidently and deliver warm, polished service.
Look after guests from their first drink through to their last bite.
Have a strong understanding of food and service, with wine knowledge highly regarded.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar and floor team to keep service running smoothly.
Bring a genuine sense of hospitality and help create the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the bistro.
Keep standards high while having a valuable time doing it.

We’re looking for someone who
Has solid experience working as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant or busy hospitality venue.
Is confident managing a section and multiple tables during busy service.
Has a positive understanding of food, wine and restaurant service.
Has a genuine interest in wine and is keen to continue developing their knowledge.
Is warm, switched-on and genuinely enjoys hospitality.




Works well under pressure and brings good energy to the floor.
Takes pride in what they do and wants to grow with a progressive hospitality group.
