A1 Building Solutions is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Site Supervisor to work across Port Macquarie, Laurieton and Forster. You'll deliver building and maintenance works for clients in the retirement living, social housing and NDIS sectors. This is a hands-on role involving carpentry work, trade coordination and the supervision of multiple jobs. You'll help keep works on schedule and meet our clients' KPIs for timeliness, quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Carry out carpentry and general building works as required.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors across multiple jobs.
Check workmanship against the approved scope.
Identify site issues early and report additional works or variations.
Keep clients and the office informed of progress.
Maintain secure, tidy worksites and complete required site documentation.
About you
Carpentry trade qualifications and a White Card.
Experience supervising building or maintenance works.
Solid organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage several jobs at different stages.
A current driver's licence.
