About the role:

We are looking for a HSE Supervisor to join our team based in Maddington, Perth for a 3 month construction fit-out project with potential for more work.

Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day WHSE advice and support to operational teams and management
Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and workplace observations including




Ensuring workers are complying with PPE requirement and ensure the Protected Work Method Statements (SWMS) are adhered to on-site
Lead and support incident investigations with corrective action tracking
Support the development and review of procedures, Secure Work Method Statements (SWMS) and management plans
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, pre-starts and daily afternoon briefs
Maintain WHSE records, registers and reporting such as electrical tag registers, licenses of workers etc.

About you:
First aid training
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Degree in Work Health and Safety or equivalent with sound working knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Team player who fits a friendly and non-corporate culture.
