This is a high-trust, detail-oriented role supporting the personal financial operations of the CEO. You will work closely and directly with leadership, handling sensitive financial matters, ensuring clarity, organization, and informed financial decision-making. This is not a high-volume bookkeeping role. It is focused on accuracy, discretion, and financial insight.
Key responsibilities
Manage and track personal financial transactions and accounts
Oversee bank reconciliations and expense categorization
Monitor cashflow and provide transparent financial visibility
Support financial decision-making with insights and reporting
Liaise with accountants and advisors where required
Maintain organized records across banking, investments, and expenses
Assist with tax preparation documentation (in coordination with external accountants)
Identify prospects for better financial structuring and efficiency
About you
Proven experience in bookkeeping or personal finance management
Strong understanding of Australian financial systems and compliance
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and advise on financial decisions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a low-structure, high-trust workplace
Xero proficiency
