About the Role

Real Care Health Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a permanent part time basis, working 2 days per week. You will be confident managing appointments through Best Practice, coordinating online bookings via HotDoc, and providing exceptional service to patients.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service
Managing appointments and patient records using Best Practice
Managing online bookings and recalls through HotDoc
Answering telephone enquiries
Processing Medicare, EFTPOS and billing transactions
Opening and closing the clinic
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic workplace




Providing administrative support to GPs and nurses

About You
Previous experience working in an Australian General Practice
Demonstrated experience using Best Practice software
Experience using HotDoc or similar online appointment systems
Medicare billing and claiming experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly and positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and within a team
