Too many leads. Not enough hours in the day.

Auto Deduct is growing, and we need a consultant who loves getting on the phone and turning genuine enquiries into settled deals.

The leads are coming in. Your job is to call, connect, quote and close. If you’re the kind of person who sees a full call list and thinks “let’s go”, we should talk.

This is a pure sales role. You’ll focus on new customers and new deals. Our team handles the ongoing administration after settlement, so you can keep doing what you do best.

We’re building Auto Deduct around a simple idea: outstanding value for customers, more deals for consultants. We keep our rates competitive and our fees low. We want volume because customers can see the value, more volume the faster we grow.

What’s in it for you?
A strong flow of inbound leads ready for a conversation
Uncapped commission and genuine potential for high earnings
A dedicated team to take care of ongoing customer administration
A growing business with exciting products and projects in development

The chance to build your profile in the novated leasing industry as we grow

What we’re looking for
Experience selling novated leases and the confidence to explain the numbers clearly. Must have experience in novated leasing sales
Someone who enjoys a busy phone, follows up quickly and turns a robust flow of leads into deals.
A genuine sales focus: you want to spend your day speaking with customers and closing, while our support team handles in-life admin.
A customer-first approach that suits our model: competitive rates, lower margins and more volume.
Ambition to earn through uncapped commission and grow your profile as Auto Deduct expands.

Auto Deduct is only just getting started. If you’ve wanted the chance to make more sales, earn without a commission ceiling and grow your exposure alongside an ambitious team, this could be your move.
