Description
Commission, install and configure advanced optical sorting equipment at customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance, breakdown support and fault-finding activities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control system issues
Configure machine software, sensors and system parameters to optimise performance
Provide technical training and ongoing support to customers and site operators
Travel extensively throughout South East Queensland and broader regional locations
Support occasional interstate and Recent Zealand projects as required




Collaborate with the wider engineering team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Profile

A successful Service Engineer should have:
Multi-skilled engineer with mechanical, electrical and systems experience
Field service, maintenance or commissioning background within industrial equipment
Experience with automation, sensors, controls or process equipment highly regarded
Solid fault-finding and problem-solving capability across multiple disciplines
Comfortable working independently in customer-facing environments
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, with the ability to travel to New Zealand
