Responsibilities
End-to-end accounts payable processing
High-volume invoice entry and matching
Supplier statement reconciliations
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
Processing supplier payments and payment runs
Maintaining accurate vendor records
Assisting with month-end activities
Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries

Your Profile
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role




Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Oracle, Dynamics or similar
