Responsibilities
End-to-end accounts receivable processing
Generating and issuing invoices
Allocating and reconciling payments
Managing customer accounts and account queries
Following up outstanding invoices and collections
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate customer records
Assisting with month-end reporting activities
Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

Your Profile




Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadline
Experience using accounting or ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Oracle, Dynamics or similar
