Job Description

Uniting Garden Suburb, NSW, a leading aged care provider, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead clinical care. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs, with dementia-specific experience essential.

You will lead clinical services, liaise with medical and allied health specialists and families, and supervise Personal Care Workers in a holistic, patient‐centred model.
