Van Dough is looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about food, brands, content and building something from the ground up.
We’re a growing F&B; group with ambitious plans for the next few years, and we’re looking for a hands‑on marketing person who can help shape the next stage of the brand.
This is not a traditional marketing role
This is not a role where you simply follow an existing marketing calendar.
You’ll work closely with the owner, who is very hands‑on and actively involved in marketing, product development and brand direction. You’ll have the chance to help build the marketing function, shape the strategy, create content, grow our social presence and eventually build a team around the role.
What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for someone who can:
Create engaging social and digital content
Manage and grow our social media presence
Develop campaigns for products, stores, events and launches
Help define our brand and marketing direction
Understand F&B; trends, customers and what makes a brand stand out
Move comfortably between strategy and execution
Bring fresh ideas and take ownership
Who we’re looking for
Experience in food, hospitality, retail, social media, content or a startup/growth environment would be highly regarded,
but passion matters more to us than having the perfect background.
We want someone who is curious, creative, hands‑on and genuinely excited about building something.
Grow the role with the business
This is a valuable prospect for someone who wants to build their own area within F&B; marketing from scratch and grow the role alongside the business.
