Role Requirements:
Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
Conduct market appraisals for listings
List properties on our CRM system Reapit
Qualify clients and arrange viewings
Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
Maintain regular contact with clients and build a solid relationship based on trust and transparency
Keep record of properties, clients, and owners

What You Will Need:
