About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team full-time.
The Estimator will play a key role in accurately assessing project costs, preparing quotations, and liaising with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in estimating, with a solid understanding of aluminium and glass products and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions
Develop detailed cost analysis for each project
Source and obtain material prices from approved suppliers
Client meetings and showrooms visits
Liaise with clients,
suppliers and colleagues to ensure a premium service
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an estimating role within the aluminium windows, doors or construction industry.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Experience withAlspec products and systems
Experience using V6 estimating software is essential
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
Mature and responsible approach to work
