Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Sanitation Coordinator to manage and oversee cleaning standards across various sites from a remote location. This position is crucial for ensuring consistent hygiene protocols, coordinating cleaning schedules, and monitoring compliance through virtual means and site reports. You will act as a key liaison between on-site teams and management, troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a robust understanding of sanitation principles, able to effectively manage responsibilities without direct on-site supervision. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation policies and procedures applicable across multiple sites.

Coordinate with in office cleaning teams and supervisors to ensure daily cleaning tasks are executed effectively.

Monitor cleaning performance through reports, virtual checks, and feedback mechanisms.

Provide guidance and support to on-site teams on best practices and compliance requirements.

Troubleshoot sanitation issues remotely and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in sanitation management, cleaning supervision, or facilities management.

Robust understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
