Clinical Quality and Compliance Coordinator

Full-time | Eliza Purton Home, Ulverstone TAS

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Clinical Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join the team at Eliza Purton Home in Ulverstone. This role supports safe, high-quality and person-centred care across the home, with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and robust resident outcomes.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, supporting audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service.

About You

This role would suit an experienced aged care RN with solid clinical judgement, advanced assessment skills and confidence supporting quality systems in a residential aged care setting.

You will have:
Bachelor of Nursing.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, AHPRA.
Demonstrated experience in residential aged care.
Advanced clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
Robust understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
High-level documentation and clinical review skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient computer and information management skills, including Microsoft and clinical software systems.
Current National Police Certificate.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
