Lead store operations and team performance.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

Support and coach team to achieve sales targets.

Execute VM and promotional directives.

Assistwith inventory management and stock insights.
n
Lead by example and uphold Universal Store culture.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
n
Solid sales focus withabilityto motivate and lead a team.
n
Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
n
Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
n
Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
n
High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
n
