We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.
An icon in Sydney’s south, the Regents Park Hotel is a cornerstone of the local community. Located on Amy Street, we are a premier destination for both hospitality and accommodation. We are seeking dedicated team members to work across our lively Sports Bar, sunny Beer Garden, and recently renovated premium Nightcap guest rooms. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a relaxed, community-focused venue away from the CBD hustle, we want to hear from you.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
You’ve learned from outstanding managers and are ready to step up
You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
You understand compliance and protected gaming inside out
You’ve got a current RSA and RCG as per state requirements
