Parkhouse Bell Australia is hiring an Employment Consultant to support participants with complex barriers into sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia Ex-Offenders Program. The role covers case management, participant support, employer engagement, and reverse marketing, with a salary of AUD 72,000–77,000 plus super, bonus, and salary packaging.

This is a full time fixed-term position with a monthly RDO/flexi day.
