Sureway's National Contact Centre in Wagga Wagga is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for people across the country. You’ll answer inbound calls, book appointments, and handle emails from a desk with full training on our systems and processes.

No industry experience is required; the right attitude and a real interest in helping people are enough. This is a Monday–Friday role with part time options and above‑award pay.
