The Victoria Hotel in Southern Adelaide is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering pub classics and standout dishes locals love. This hands-on leadership role requires owning the kitchen, managing stock, safety, and profitability while mentoring a kitchen team.

You'll work closely with the Publican and Front of House, bring passion and creativity to every service, and help grow a high-performing team within the Endeavour Group network.
