Infinity is seeking a Structures Foreman on commercial build, where you will report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.
Minimum of 7 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor.
Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
Proven experience as a Structures Foreperson on large commercial projects valued $50 million plus.
Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.
Excellent time management skills.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.
Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes,
and standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
