Trainer and Assessor – UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

Location: Sydney, NSW

n

A Sydney-based Registered Training Organisation is seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
Deliver training and assessment in line with the training package and RTO requirements.
n
Prepare lesson plans and learning resources, and contribute to assessment materials.
n
Support students and provide explicit, constructive feedback.
n
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
n

n

Essential criteria

n

n
Hold UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or an equivalent qualification.
n




Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116, or another credential that meets current trainer and assessor requirements.
n
Have at least three years of relevant electrical industry experience and current industry skills.
n
Hold a current NSW electrical licence appropriate to the work undertaken.
n
Communicate well and work effectively with students and colleagues.
n

Desirable

n

n
Experience delivering and assessing in an RTO.
n
Experience supporting international students.
n
Familiarity with Moodle or a similar learning platform.
n
