About the role
You will create a refined and welcoming environment where every client interaction reflects our craftsmanship, sentiment and understated luxury. You will help with the day-to-day operations, support and collaborating with the team, and delivering a consistently elevated and memorable experience for every client. You will be involved in all aspects of the selling process.

About you
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to quickly build solid and lasting customer relationships
Minimum 2+ years' experience working in jewellery retail sales
Thorough understanding of the jewellery making process
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
