About the Role

We have part-time outbound calling positions available within our small, welcoming call centre.

Your role will involve:
Calling new and existing residential customers
Booking in carpet cleaning upholstery cleaning and pest control services
Using simple computer systems (full training provided)




No previous experience? No problem — we provide full paid training and ongoing support.
Friendly, confident and enjoy chatting with people
Reliable and looking for long‑term, stable work
Basic computer skills
A positive attitude and positive sense of humour

Versatile schedule to Suit You
Between 16–30 hours per week
Shifts available between 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Ideal for working around school hours or a relaxed work‑life balance
