Job Description

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Melbourne Walk store as we expand in Australia. You will lead a large-format team of ~25 employees, coach and develop talent, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial results.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and training, provide ongoing feedback, and help maintain inventory and store standards in a rapid-paced retail setting.
