The City of Gosnells is seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join our Building Services team. Based at the City's Civic Centre, you will assess building applications for compliance, prepare reports on a range of building matters, and provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers a part time arrangement (34 hours per fortnight) with pro rata entitlements, a supportive local government setting, and opportunities for career development.
