Job Description

Queensland Corrective Services Townsville seeks a Human Resources Officer to support HR services for staff and senior management within the Correctional Centre. You will collaborate with the HR Manager to deliver policy advice and staffing reports.

The role focuses on internal HR consultancy, rostering oversight, recruitment and retention contributions, and advising on resourcing models to support workforce initiatives.
