City of Newcastle is seeking an experienced and strategic Sports and Recreation Manager to join our Community and Recreation team. This is a significant leadership role responsible for open space and recreation planning, usage and improvements across Newcastle’s parks, playgrounds and sporting grounds.

You will lead the development of strategic plans, manage a capital works program, and oversee budgets and resource allocation to meet community needs.
