A leading and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Manager to join its Brisbane team.

The Prospect Working closely with the Managing Director and Partners, you will play a key role in leading the Brisbane office while managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial and privately owned clients.
The role will provide exposure across tax, business advisory and financial advisory, with advisory genuinely at the centre of the position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key entrepreneurial and privately owned clients
Lead business advisory engagements from scoping through to delivery
Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
Review complex tax and advisory work
Contribute to pricing, strategy and commercial decisions
Support the continued growth of the Brisbane office
Work across strategic planning, capital raising, due diligence and business restructures
About You
CA/CPA qualified
10+ years' public practice accounting experience
Currently operating at Senior Manager, Associate Director or equivalent level
Strong technical tax and accounting knowledge
Proven team leadership and client management experience
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business advisory
Confident working with entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses
