Grow current business by developing relationships with new customers, new vendors and other sources of business including strategic finance Brokers.
Educate brokers on RPO & ensuring they understand our asset & client strikezone
Strive for performance targets for budget volumes in WA
Manage existing customer relationships and accounts to ensure continued business and maintenance of financial performance of these customers
Work closely with Sales Director and senior management of ICG to develop state based initiatives and strategic market development
Ensure compliance and process is followed in the growing of the business including asset security, documentation process and maintenance of records
Use and development of CRM/ERP system of ICG to ensure accurate and meaningful data
Assist with the development of current employees of ICG where appropriate
Represent ICG at vendor events and trade shows, customer initiatives and conferences
Participate in the national marketing development of the ICG brand and products

Strong knowledge of finance and capital equipment




Acute understanding between the fundamentals of rental and purchase differentials
A well developed network of customers in the civil construction and mining industries in WA
