We're searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the team at the Mail Exchange Hotel — a vibrant, quick-paced venue located opposite Southern Cross Station. Key responsibilities
Running day‑to‑day venue operations
Leading and mentoring the team
Contributing to marketing and social media
Rostering, stock control, and managing KPIs

About you
Experience in food, beverage & gaming operations
Knowledge of TAB, Keno & wagering
Current Vic Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG & RSF
Wagering accreditation (a bonus!)
Strong leadership and customer service skills
