THE ROLE
n
This is a part time position (24 hours per week) including Saturday, in a creative and thriving female led business. We seek a passionate person who has worked within the jewellery industry and has knowledge of gemstones and jewellery.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a natural flair for offering exceptional personalised customer service, proven organisational skills, and sound knowledge of fine jewellery and gemstones. This is a multifaceted role, where you will be responsible for providing a memorable and personalised experience for customers in-store and online.

You'll be based in our William Street studio working alongside the founder Kerry Beard, the sales and marketing team who can support you to thrive in your position.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years experience working within high-end retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Welcoming and upselling to customers in the store
n
Supporting customers across all touchpoints, including online enquiries via email, phone and live chat
n
Instore and online order processing and invoicing
n
Managing end-to-end jewellery orders,
n
Maintain store presentation and visual displays
n
Processing of goods going in and out of the store i.e. preparing production for gold-plating and deliveries
n

ABOUT YOU
n
n
[2+years] experience in luxury jewellery retail is essential
n
An understanding of gemstones, fine jewellery
n
Passionate about providing personalised customer service to create memorable experiences with our loyal clientele
n
Driven by sales targets and a positive can-do attitude toward sales
n
Demonstrates a creative flair and exceptional attention to detail
n
A natural self-starter and demonstrate daily pro-active thinking
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Must have experience with Shopify
