Colliers in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to look after a diverse commercial portfolio in the Brisbane CBD. You will oversee day-to-day management, asset performance, stakeholder engagement, and provide strategic property advice.

You will coordinate lease administration, rent reviews, renewals and tenant negotiations, while preparing management reports, budgets and financial analysis. Robust communication, organisation and negotiation skills are essential.
