The Role

As Group Service Manager at Barrinia St, you'll be responsible for the full service operation across seven premium and emerging brands — driving performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every single day.

What you'll do
Lead, mentor and develop your service team to hit and exceed targets
Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
Own the customer experience from first contact to vehicle collection
Manage department financials, labour rates and cost controls




Work closely with the Fixed Operations Manager and senior leadership team
Build a culture where performance is expected and excellence is celebrated

What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior service role in automotive
A leader who sets the standard and holds the team to it
Solid commercial acumen and an eye for the numbers
Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff alike
Someone who thrives in a quick-paced, multi-brand environment
