Future State People is seeking a Business Analyst to drive practical improvements across operations. You will work with business owners, SMEs and delivery teams to understand how work is performed, uncover problems and translate findings into workable solutions.
The role focuses on business processes rather than heavy data or technical work, taking ownership from discovery through to implementation and transition into BA BAU. A hybrid setup with selected office days supports collaboration.
