Job Description

Able Australia is seeking a Client Planner to design and review tailored support plans that reflect each client's goals, preferences and strengths. Plans will align with NDIS standards, funding allocations and rosters of care.

Under the Client Planning Manager, you will review funding requests, maximise client funding and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Quality and Rostering in a team-driven setting.
