Somewhere inside a large, well-known Australian organisation, a major HR and payroll transformation is under way. Workforce management sits right in the middle of it. Every shift, timesheet and allowance has to flow cleanly into a brand-recent payroll platform, first time, every time.

They need someone technical to make that happen. Not someone who runs workshops and writes the requirements, but someone who configures the platform, builds and fixes the interfaces, moves the data across and proves it all works.

What you'll actually be doing
Configuring the workforce management platform so it matches how the business really works
Building and supporting integrations between WFM and the surrounding HR, payroll and upstream systems
Designing interfaces that hold up in production, and troubleshooting them rapid when they don't
Migrating data out of the legacy environment accurately, with a clear audit trail
Supporting testing through every phase,



and chasing defects back to the root cause rather than a workaround

What you'll bring
ADP Workforce Software (WorkForce Suite or EmpCenter) experience, which is highly preferred
Alternatively, solid hands-on UKG or Kronos experience (Pro WFM, Dimensions or Workforce Central)
Real technical configuration and integration work, done yourself rather than overseen
Interface design and troubleshooting across connected systems
Data migration and testing on enterprise-scale WFM implementations
The ability to work across several delivery teams without losing the thread

The practical bits
Day rate contract, six months to start, with solid potential to extend
Sydney based, three days a week on site
A big programme, a clear technical brief and a team that already knows what good looks like
