Hot wings. Cold bevs. We're hiring across all five Wingboy venues - Haymarket, Randwick, Newtown, Parramatta and Penrith.

Wingboy's been serving up wings, tenders and loaded fries since 2021, and five venues in, we're still growing. We need experienced kitchen people to help keep standards tight as we do.

We're recruiting for two roles:

Assistant Kitchen Manager: Second-in-command to the Head Chef. If you've worked as a Sous Chef, 2IC or Kitchen Team Leader before, this is a natural next step. You'll run the pass, keep the kitchen compliant, and help manage the team day to day.

Kitchen Supervisor: Supports the kitchen management team through service and prep, with a real path up to Assistant Kitchen Manager if that's where you want to go.

Day to day you'll be:
Keeping food quality and presentation consistent with what Wingboy's known for
Supervising and training kitchen staff, and helping build a team that actually wants to be there
Staying on top of food safety, hygiene and WHS, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, equipment checks
Managing stock rotation, ordering and waste
Helping with rostering and labour costs (Assistant Kitchen Manager)




Keeping communication tight with the floor and management

You'll need:
Assistant Kitchen Manager: solid kitchen leadership experience in a busy commercial kitchen, QSR, casual dining or similar. Comfortable running a service and mentoring a team
Kitchen Supervisor: at least 2 years' commercial kitchen experience, ready to take on more responsibility
A current NSW Food Safety Certificate
Full working rights in Australia
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
